I have put my fitness goals in the hands of PLX for over a year and it has been great! One of the best things about PLX is the personalized attention they have in their sessions regardless them being group classes.. this is so important to them that they managed to continue doing it during quarantine times! Their PLX zoom session is exactly this and it is great exercise and therapy for the body and the mind. Thank you PLX for all this effort!
